Our B & B can easily be reached by car, public transport and bicycle. The bed and breakfast is centrally located in the quiet area of the village ‘Bontebok’ in the municipality of Heerenveen, the Netherlands. There are various seating areas around Hûs Jens where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and space in the garden.
Stay overnight at the junction route to beautiful destinations
Pedal your bike for about 30 seconds and you are on the popular Flevo-route. By following this bicycle route, you will be taken past special places in the scenic Frisian country. At the same time, there is a well-stocked supermarket in Nieuwehorne within 5 minutes by bike.
You can get on the Bospad for a long, relaxing walk in the Frisian nature. You can also walk in the forests of Oranjewoud, which is within cycling distance to Hûs Jens. A little further away is Beetsterzwaag, which is also ideal for a walk or a bike tour!
